Get the latest info on all the Game Showcase announcements. I recently purchased an Xbox One wireless controller last week and connected it to my laptop via Bluetooth. However, I found that it keeps disconnecting every few minutes for about 10 seconds and then жмите connection is restored. I have reattempted the steps for every tutorial listed and power cycled the controller in case. My controller still continues to disconnect when being used. Before contacting the manufacturer's Support who must fix or replace it, let's go over WIndows so they can't say it's a Windows problem: 1 Go over this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done:.

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 17 to test a new Local Admin account. Then if necessary continue with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly. Compare the latest drivers available for download with the ones presently installed in Device Manager reached by right clicking the Start button.

Updating drivers from the Device Manager or Windows Update is rarely enough. The most basic thing we need to learn to maintain a PC is keep the latest manufacturer's drivers installed from their Support Downloads web page.

If none of that works then contact the controller's manufacturer's Support under it's one year warranty, where under law in almost every country they must get it working or replace it. If they try to say it's a WIndows issues, tell them you've been working with a Moderator and 10 year MVP in Microsoft Community forums and have tried everything that can possibly be done to fix the controllers connection to WIndows.
