How to create a sheet of all the same labels: Blank Templates Insert your information on the 1st label. Highlight all the content in the first label, right-click and select Copy Position the cursor in the next label, right-click and select Paste. Continue with Step 3 until all labels are filled with your information.

Pre-Designed Templates: Use the Microsoft Word's Find and Replace formatting tool to replace all the pre-designed template text in each label with your own information.

The fastest way to download an Avery template is to go to avery. Your product or template number can be found on the bottom right of your Avery packaging. You can also search by product category if you don't have your product or template number handy. Once you've located your product, scroll down to the middle of the page to Download Templates. Select your preferred software from the drop-down menu and click Download Blank Template.

Note: Many Avery products have similar layouts but are different sizes, so make sure you use the correct template for your product. This is great! Thank you, Tina!

I was going to add that an easier way to select a group of objects may be to click and drag the mouse so that you make a box around the objects. Really interested in learning and selling on etsy. Go to your Word document to work on and select the Email tab. Next, use the Labels option found in the Create section. You will notice an extensive menu where you can enter different information such as the address, the number of labels to print, and the form. Once you have modified it to your liking, proceed to Options.

Once the new menu is displayed, change the type of label to Product number and proceed to click on Accept. After completing the previous step, you will return to the Envelopes and Labels tab and click on Print. Although it may seem simple, the truth is that knowing how to print labels with Word and can be complicated when using these tools in many ways.

This is why you can count on the possibility of learning how to print labels with Word in a simple way. With these instructions shown here, you will be able to know how to print labels with Word properly in a detailed way. To start, go to the Email tab and click on the Labels button. A new Envelopes and Labels section will open, and you must enter Options.

Once you are in Label options, select the 30 per page option found in the Product number section and then click on OK. When you return to the previous menu, click New document. A wide variety of label templates you can use will automatically generate in your Word file.

For example, you might want to do this if you only have one label left on a sheet. So now you know how to create multiple labels with the same text. Up next, we'll create multiple labels with different text that we can use for mass mailing.
